Why are your prices for jewelry higher than retail stores?

Each piece of my one-of-a-kind and limited edition jewelry is designed, fabricated, and made by my own hands.  I use high quality recycled metals and ethically sourced gemstones from reputable refiners and suppliers.

I do not mass produce my jewelry therefore I can ensure each piece is exceptionally made and are made to last a lifetime. The price not only covers better materials, but better craftsmanship. 

We do offer interest-free payment plans to help you overcome the sticker shock, so you can get what you love and not just what you can afford.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each of the items shown on this site is individually handmade with care using the highest quality materials such as natural stones, colored gemstones, and sterling silver,  unless otherwise noted.  All materials are recycled and/or ethically sourced purchased from reputable suppliers. 

Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, most orders take 2-3 weeks for delivery unless otherwise noted in the description for the item.  It is worth the wait!

Ready to ship jewelry will ship in 1-3 business days after order is placed. 

Which payment methods are accepted on candacestribling.com?

We accept the following major credit cards; AMEX, Diner’s Club, JCB, Visa, and Mastercard.  We also accept PayPal.  

Do you offer financing plans?

Yes, we offer the followiing installment plan options- Affirm, AfterPay, and ShopPay.  Each plan has an easy application process.

Affirm

Affirm is a financing program that can be applied to your order as a form of payment. Affirm uses encryption to keep your information safe and your application will not affect your credit score. Approved customers can choose between 3-, 6-, or 12-month payment plans, with APR rates ranging from 0-30%. You will also have the option to sign up for autopay, so you don’t miss a payment.

AfterPay

AfterPay is an installment plan that allows you to shop now and pay in four (4) installments with zero interests and no fees when you pay on time. 

ShopPay

ShopPay is a convenient and secure installment plan by Shopify allows you to a faster checkout experience with the option to pay in full for your purchase or to pay in installment payments for purchases from $50 USD to $17,500 USD.

Customers can choose between the following installment payment options at checkout:

• Four, biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from $50 USD to $999.99 USD.
• Monthly payments for orders from $150 USD to $17,500 USD. Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing from 10 to 30% APR, and may be paid in three, six, or twelve months depending on the purchase amount

Do you employ sustainable practices?

Candace Stribling Jewelry believes in being respectful of  Planet Earth. We use recycled metals, ethically sourced colored gemstones and stones purchased from reputable suppliers that work fairly with small miners and help to minimize the impact mining has on our planet. We purchase Canadamark diamonds or conflict-free diamonds from suppliers that adhere to the Kimberley Process.

Our packaging, where possible, is made from recycled materials.  

In our studio, we reuse scrap metal in new designs and safely dispose of chemicals and waste.
