Each of the items shown on this site is individually handcrafted with care with the highest quality materials such as natural stones, sterling silver,  unless otherwise noted.  All materials are recycled and/or ethically sourced purchased from reputable suppliers.

Please understand that every creation is unique, so there can and will be subtle variations from piece to piece. Even when the same materials are used to reproduce a design, some creations cannot be duplicated exactly, so please allow for this. You will soon appreciate these subtle differences as something that makes your jewelry selection uniquely special.

I make every effort to describe and accurately photograph all items. However, due to variations in computers, monitors and settings, I cannot guarantee that the colors viewed on screen will be the exact colors of the items you will receive.

DELIVERY

Due to the handmade nature of the pieces, orders take 2-3 weeks for delivery unless otherwise noted in the description for the item.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is expected at the time of ordering. Purchases that are not paid for at check out will result in a cancellation of your purchase after a 24 hour period and the item(s) re-listed for sale.

Credit Cards
Purchases can be made by PayPal which is a secure method of payment and protects your credit card information.  You do not need an account to pay using PayPal.  Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.

TAXES

6% sales tax is added to all Maryland addresses.  

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom and special orders are welcome. Custom orders take 3---4 weeks for delivery.  Item(s) that have been customized or made to order are non-refundable.

DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS

All discount codes apply to Made to Order and Ready to Ship items only, and cannot be applied to special or custom orders/commissions.

When offered, discounts are valid during the promotional period only, and are not retroactive for prior purchases.
